5. Pricing and Payment

Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply)
Free Delivery: Orders exceeding Rs 2,000

6.3 Delivery Responsibilities

  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the specified address
  • Customers must inspect packages upon receipt
  • Delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours
  • We are not liable for delays due to force majeure events

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

7.1 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for:

  • Products in original, unopened packaging

  • Orders with shipping errors

7.2 Return Procedure

Warranties do not cover:

All content on planter.mu, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Happy Growing Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may share product links with proper attribution and use product images for educational purposes with appropriate credit to Planter.mu.

9.2 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
