Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing this website and complying with the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Dome Guys (Mauritius) Ltd, the operator of Planter.mu. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of Mauritius. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they is taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Planter.mu operates in compliance with all applicable laws of Mauritius, including but not limited to:

THE DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT 2000 [Section 33]

33. Precursors, materials and equipment

Any person who unlawfully produces, manufactures, imports, exports, transports, offers, sells, distributes, delivers on any terms whatsoever, consigns, dispatches, purchases or offers to purchase or holds precursors, equipment or materials –

1. for the purpose of using them in or for the unlawful cultivation, production or manufacture of dangerous drugs; or
2. knowing that the precursors, equipment and materials are to be used for any of the purposes specified in paragraph (a), shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 500,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 years.
