Return Window

7-Day Return Period

You have 7 days from delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange.

The return period starts from the day you receive your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused Condition

Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact

Original Packaging

All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags must be included

No Damage

Items must not show signs of use, installation, or damage

Resaleable Condition

Products must be in a condition suitable for resale

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Nutrients, fertilizers, and growing mediums once opened
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
Special order items purchased specifically for you
Items that have been used, installed, or damaged

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  3. Provide your order number and photos
  4. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately

We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Ship or Drop Off

Either ship the item back to us or arrange for pickup (we'll provide details based on your location).

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase

Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, model, or product of equal or greater value.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your item, we'll ship the replacement immediately.
