4. No Guarantees of Results
We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:
- Growing success or crop yields
- Business profitability or financial returns
- Compliance with all applicable Mauritius regulations

7. Payment & Refunds
Payment: Course fees must be paid in full before accessing paid content. Prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees (Rs).
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided after you have accessed course content.
8. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems to scrape or download content
- Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
